The raw liquid flows into the filter bag installed in the mesh through the feed inlet, is pressurized, the qualified product penetrates the filter bag, is discharged from the outlet, and enters the next process, while impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The entire process is simple, and replacing the filter bag is convenient, with virtually no material consumption.

▽ Characteristics of the Sterilizing Filter

◆ The sterilizing filter adopts a cross-suspended design with horizontal inlet and outlet. Multi-core filters can be designed as floor-standing types.

◆ Airflow Direction: From outside to inside through the filter element.

◆ The compressed air entering the sterilizing filter must pass through at least three stages of precision filters and a dryer. It must remove oil, water, and dust, with an oil mist concentration ≤0.01PPM; otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the sterilizing filter element and the expected sterilization effect.

◆ Regular sterilization: According to actual usage, once or twice per week or month, each time for 30 minutes, using clean saturated steam with a filtration accuracy of 1μm for sterilization. Steam temperature <140°C, steam pressure <0.3MPa, 30 minutes/time. After 50 steam sterilization cycles or when the filter element pressure difference reaches 0.07~1.0MPa, replace with a new sterilizing filter element. Valves should be opened and closed slowly.
